We are seeking a Manager of Client Services to join Bernstein's Private Wealth Management office in Los Angeles. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Los Angeles’s Private Wealth Management sales support and client service functions. Key responsibilities include the following:
Recruit, develop and manage multiple teams of Associates and Coordinators responsible for the support function of Wealth Advisors and their clients
Drive a positive culture through hands-on engagement with teams in areas such as investment knowledge, career development and feedback
Partner with the Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors to ensure continuity of business and client service excellence
Implement procedures and department policies with teams
Liaise with leadership in other business units (i.e. portfolio management, legal, operations, etc.) to drive results for clients
Serve as a resource to Wealth Advisors and teams regarding service-related inquiries and exceptions
Manage operational, firm and client risk through due diligence and effective communication
Review and approve various transactions and exceptions
Oversee resource distribution and headcount
Job Qualifications
Ideal candidate should have knowledge of the Private Wealth Management business (services, procedures, etc.). The ideal candidate also:
Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Works well independently under pressure and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree and Series 7 license
3+ years managerial experience
Desired Qualifications
Managers must become Series 24 licensed within six months of starting.

Salary Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $114,000 to $124,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, benefits, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, and other incentives.
