Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to lead a team within SS&C Financial Services Limited. This role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of financial services professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
* Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and client service level agreements.
* Monitor team performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Act as a primary point of contact for complex client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
* Prepare and present reports on team performance, operational status, and project updates to senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address cross-functional issues.
* Contribute to the identification and mitigation of operational risks.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within the financial services sector.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7) are a plus.
