Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for Ode Spa, ensuring timely availability of quality materials, products, and services at optimal cost. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, inventory planning, and maintaining quality standards aligned with the luxury wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Source and procure spa products such as oils, creams, wellness products, equipment, linens, and consumables
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services across all spa locations
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate performance regularly
- Ensure quality compliance of all procured items as per brand standards
- Track and control procurement budgets and reduce overall costs
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Work closely with finance for payment processing and reconciliation
- Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and product innovations
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 58 years of experience in procurement (preferably in hospitality, spa, wellness, or retail industry)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management
- Experience in sourcing spa/wellness or hospitality-related products is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
