The Role

Do you have passion and experience with headcount planning, strategic workforce insights and people analytics, and turning this into action driven value for the business?

To lead the Workforce Planning and Analytics of the LEGO Group’s digital transformation, our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a new colleague!

We do not offer relocation for this position
 

Core Responsibilities

  • Headcount & Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) across the LEGO Group

  • Drive advanced analytical solutions to support the strategic workforce forecasting

  • Working hands-on with systems, tools and automation to lead effect headcount processes, within Power-Automate, PowerBI and other analytical tools

  • Assess the creation, modification, and elimination of positions within the organization to ensure they are consistent with the business needs/plans

  • Ensure that the workforce planning process is integrated with the organization’s broader strategic objectives.

  • Work closely with senior management, and HR teams to understand business priorities and align workforce plans accordingly.

  • Perform scenario planning and reports to evaluate the impact of different business conditions on workforce needs

  • Liaise with senior management on workforce topics and make recommendations based on the insights

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background, combined with solid experience within strategic workforce planning and relevant expertise in analytics, forecasting systems and visualization tools such as PowerBI, advanced Excel and other SWP tools.

As a person, you have the ability to establish network in an international company and you enjoy both working with mechanism for SWP in the back office as well a getting out in the "front line". You have demonstrated your ability to take your process thinking into action, show end to end thinking, stand your ground and strive for simplicity.
