Job Purpose: -

  • Workday Solutions Architect to execute project activities and deliverables.
  • The Workday Specialist position is responsible for Workday development for the company. The modules supported include Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Expense, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Learning and others. The individual is the adaptable professional who can turn broad, ambiguous business questions into scalable solutions.

Job Description: -

  • Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration.
  • Create functional and technical systems documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiency in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports.

Solutions & Recommendations

  • Expected to deliver high-quality solution and configuration for Workday modules in scope.
  • Be proactive with suggestion/recommendation that could contribute to the solution.
  • Be a team player.

Professional Experience: -

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an implementation partner.
  • Experience with Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Expenses, et cetera.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and set priorities.
  • Strong in people management and coordination work including processes on policies and documentations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Agile and ability to adapt to the constants change through innovation.
  • Have worked in regional projects with multi country and multi-language rollout.
