What you’ll do:
Facilitate the agile delivery process
Collaborate with product owners on priorities and scheduling
Manage key control processes to reduce risk
Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete
Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged and empowered team of employees and consultants
Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth understanding of risk controls; knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
Record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
