Responsibilities:
• Responsible for gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, use cases (including edge cases), and process diagrams.
• Gather customer-specific product needs by completing the standard product questionnaires with valid information
• Responsible for configuring for WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the customer business requirements
• Understands the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation)
• Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills
• Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements
• Follow process and continuously improve skills by following procedures and processes established by the WFS Application Consultant Competency Team Leaders
• Estimate work effort with accuracy
• Partner with all WFS internal teams during project phases to ensure a successful customer implementation
• Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization
• Respond and follow through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner
• Able to consider the customer needs in the development of strategic plans
Skills:
• Degree/Diploma is preferred
• 2 years+ experience working on WorkForce Software implementations
• Knowledge in generating process documentation
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, implementing and configuring on Workforce Software platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
