About the role
Responsible for leading the wafer probe/test operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This includes overseeing daily production support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing test engineering teams, and ensuring yield, cost, and quality targets are met. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product engineering, process, planning, and quality to support new product introductions and process optimization.
What you will do:

Lead and manage the wafer test engineering team, including engineers and technicians.

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of wafer test activities across shifts.

Monitor test equipment performance and work closely with equipment engineering for maintenance and downtime reduction.

Oversee test program development, validation, and optimization for new products and production ramps.

Analyze yield and test data to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with product, process, and R&D teams to support new product introductions (NPI).

Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce test time, improve test coverage, and lower test cost.

Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and industry standards in test operations.

Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training programs for the wafer test team.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in wafer test or probe test operations in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
