Manager-Virtual Sales

This position is located at 2221 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX 75082 and you would be required to report there for your shifts.

Overall Purpose: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Virtual Sales team operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, and efficient supervision of staff.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Team Leadership: Lead a Virtual Sales team to accomplish sales, customer satisfaction and operational goals.

• Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the team meets sales performance, profitability targets and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of employees.

• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

• Technology and Compliance: Leverage digital tools to streamline sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Contribution: Oversees employees responsible for sales, customer experience, and operations. Responsible for assigning tasks, implementing sales plans and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to maximize sales, customer experience and operational efficiency. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

Our Manager-Virtual Sales earn between $64,700 - $97,100 + up to $28,200 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
