About the Role
Desired Experience:
Education & Experience: CA with post qualification experience of 2 to 4 years from Big4 in M&A/investment banking/private equity firms/corporate M&A team etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of entire finance landscape on minority investments in India
- Exposure to complex transaction structuring, M&A, VC/PE deals
- Financial Due Diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, scenario planning, overall project management of various investments
- Preparation of presentations and other briefing materials for senior management, group approvals etc.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent analytical, written & verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with changes in statutes.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage their time and prioritize effectively
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, projections, draw meaningful conclusions etc.
