We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing our design team to create compelling and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, technology, and project management, to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and brand identities.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
- Develop and maintain design standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation and concept development to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value of the design
- Contribute to the growth and development of the design team by recruiting, hiring, and training new talent
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that design deliverables are completed on time and within budget
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a digital consultancy or agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including websites, mobile apps, and digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for design and a strong desire to create exceptional user experiences
