About the Team
The Product Design team sits centrally within the broader Product organization and consists of approximately 40 professionals across UX Research, User Experience, Product Design, Content Design & Strategy, and UI Design. The team shapes how security professionals interact with complex systems and data, driving intuitive, scalable, and intelligent experiences that improve how customers detect and respond to threats.
About the Role
As a UX Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and grow a team of UX designers while driving high-quality user experiences across a transforming platform. Specifically, your focus will be to:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers across multiple product areas
  • Drive high-quality UX execution across projects, ensuring consistency and delivery momentum
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and deliver against user and business goals
  • Translate complex problems and strategy into clear, actionable design direction
  • Contribute to and drive product and design strategy aligned with platform transformation goals and principles
  • Foster a collaborative, empathetic, and high-performance team culture
  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring insights and research inform decisions
  • Step in hands-on to provide design direction, critique, or execution when needed

  • Strong UX design expertise in complex or enterprise problem spaces
  • Ability to break down ambiguity into clear, actionable design work
  • Experience driving delivery in cross-functional product teams
  • Comfortable operating as a player-coach, contributing hands-on when needed
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear direction for teams
  • Strong communication skills across varying levels of stakeholders
  • Experience aligning design work to broader platform or system thinking
  • Advocacy for user-centered design and research-informed decision making
  • Experience working within or scaling design systems and platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or data-rich environments (nice to have)
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and seamless delivery
  • Translates customer needs and business goals into a strategic platform vision that dictates clear product and design direction
  • Establishes clear ownership and expectations to build and mentor high-performing design teams, holding myself and others responsible for driving growth and team health
  • Drives momentum and clarity in complex environments by making efficient, transparent decisions that resolve challenges and ensure high-quality execution
