In this role, you will manage the Levi’s loyalty program in the US and Canada. This includes implementing the go-to-market plan, managing the multi-year roadmap, developing compelling benefits offerings, and ensuring sustainable financial viability. You will also help develop our Levi’s Mobile App strategy for the US market, and will serve ascommercial lead, partnering with the Digital Product team on roadmap development and management. You will report to the Sr. Director, Digital and Consumer Experience - US Ecommerce. 

About the Job

Loyalty

  • Deliver a fully integrated go-to-market plan for the launch of the Red Tab Member Program in Canada and a re-launch of the program in the US, focused on promoting program engagement, purchase frequency, and LTV

  • Build guidelines, frameworks, calendars, processes, and workflows for the program across all DTC channels, ensuring cross-functional agreement between Brand, Commercial, and Digital Product partners

  • Create and manage the US/CA program P&L, in collaboration with Finance 

  • Define program goals and partner with Analytics to create accurate and real-time reporting 

  • Create and maintain program scorecard and all related performance reporting 

  • Lead program enhancement planning and creation of multi-year roadmap 

  • Partner with global Digital Product to ensure new program features and functionality are accounted for and prioritized in annual operating plans, and ensure on-time delivery 

  • Oversee loyalty UI/UX decision-making for levi.com and Levi’s Mobile App 

  • Develop innovative cross-channel benefits to incent transactions and engagement 

  • Collaborate with Data Science to build next-best-action and segmentation models that underpin personalized offers 

Mobile App

  • Define Levi’s Mobile App role within the US digital ecosystem 

  • Develop the app consumer value proposition 

  • Gather feature inputs from US Ecommerce commercial teams, prioritize, and support Digital Product Managers in roadmap development 

  • Be a partner for UI/UX decision-making 

  • Ensure on-time delivery of new features across all digital product pillars 

  • Define success metrics, goals, and KPIs, partnering with Analytics to enhance existing dashboards

  • Oversee performance reporting

About You

  • 7+ years prior experience in consumer engagement and retention 

  • Analyze and draw conclusions from a broad set of data; comfortable working with data teams to turn insights into actions 

  • Project management skills

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600-$146,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
