As our Treasury Manager, you will run the day-to-day engine of a highly sophisticated, multi-entity treasury function spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will manage liquidity, FX risk, and balance sheet operations across a multi-regulatory structure handling 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ digital assets. You will lead a high-performing team of treasury professionals to bridge the gap between traditional banking frameworks and 24/7 crypto liquidity.
What You’ll Do- Daily Liquidity & Cash Operations: Oversee day-to-day cash management, real-time clearing, and multi-currency settlement operations while ensuring absolute compliance with customer safeguarding account segregation rules.
- ALM & Risk Execution: Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitoring the IRRBB framework and stress-testing the balance sheet against aggressive market pivots.
- Digital Asset & FX Management: Monitor live crypto risk incidents under pressure, measuring real-time exposures and instructing prompt corrective measures on long and short positions.
- ALCO & Regulatory Reporting: Deliver strategic proposals to ALCO covering long-term investments, ALM netting arrangements, and MMF allocations, while contributing directly to ICARA and ILAAP delivery.
- People Leadership & Growth: Direct, mentor, and develop a team of four treasury professionals, fostering institutional growth across ALM, liquidity risk, funding management, and digital asset operations.
- 5+ Years of Core Treasury Experience: You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate treasury or financial institutions, specifically managing complex asset-liability management (ALM) structures.
- Dual-Asset Fluency: Deeply comfortable operating simultaneously in traditional finance (SWIFT, SEPA, physical/notional pooling) and digital asset markets (handling stablecoins and a broad spectrum of crypto assets).
- Regulatory Mastery: Strong working knowledge of multi-entity regulatory frameworks, specifically MiCAR, EMI, and MiFID II, with direct experience handling capital compliance and risk appetite frameworks.
- Data & System Savvy: Experienced in leveraging Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking APIs, and blockchain analytics to maintain early-warning indicators like Hedging Efficiency Dashboards.
- Fluency in German and English
