- Overall responsible for team’s performance.
- Provide coaching and training to team members.
- Prepare team’s productivity report and review team’s workload balance.
- Getting overview of available transportation requests and check for missing information/illogic routing, etc, if needed.
- Forecast transportation volume based on booking situation in case of market requirement.
- Prepare an accumulative statistics of monthly T/S volume & trend.
- Assist solving transshipment problems.
- Solve transportation issues related to reported transport executions.
- Monitor team’s execution of work order in line with request to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor team to meet W/O creation and aging targets.
- Getting overview of up-to-dated DG and RF policy at transshipment ports/outports.
- Negotiate with new vendor to set up SOP and acknowledge our KPIs.
- Monitor flow share in line with tender result; escalate to procurement of missing rate & vendor’s service failure, etc.
- Monitor vendor performance.
- Attend internal meeting to solve/align cross-functional issues.
- Coordinate with regional T/S team to review and achieve T/S KPIs.
- Oversee the maintenance of all FIS applications with regard to transportation and transshipment.
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience and/or shipping background in transportation.
- Good spoken and written English (CET- 4).
- Ability to read and write Chinese.
- Full knowledge of pan China and international laws and regulations relating to transportation of containers by vessel.
- Able to take stress and work under pressure.
