NOW HIRING: Future Business Leaders
Manager-in-Training | Paid Training Starting at $65K
Ready to turn your degree into a career?
SBM’s Manager-in-Training program is a 9-week, paid leadership program designed for ambitious people who want to learn fast, take on real responsibility, and build a career in operations.
This isn’t nine weeks of sitting in a classroom.
You’ll be on-site, working with real teams, real clients, and real business challenges while learning directly from experienced leaders. From your first week, you’ll be getting hands-on experience and building the skills you need to step into leadership.
The Experience You’ll Gain
No two days are the same — and that’s the point.
You’ll get an inside look at what it actually takes to run a successful operation and have opportunities to:
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Work directly with Fortune 500 clients
Solve real day-to-day business challenges
Learn how budgets and operations work
Support safety and team performance
Build relationships with experienced site and operations leaders
Take what you learn and put it into action
You won’t just be watching someone else lead. You’ll be learning how to do it yourself.
Your 9-Week Head Start
Think of the MIT program as your jumpstart into management.
Week 1: Get immersed in the business, meet your team, and start learning how the operation works.
Week 3: Start putting what you’ve learned into action and taking on real challenges.
Week 9: Walk away with real operations experience, leadership skills, and a better understanding of where you want to take your career.
Throughout the program, you’ll have experienced leaders and mentors around you who are invested in helping you grow.
Where Can This Take You?
The MIT program is just the beginning.
Graduates move into operations leadership opportunities across SBM’s sites. Your next step will depend on your experience, strengths, location, and available opportunities — but the goal is to keep you moving forward.
Start here. Build your skills. See where your career can go.
Who We’re Looking For:
