We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Manager to join the Trade Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be managing a team of marketing professionals and acting as the key connector between strategy and execution for selection-focused campaigns across Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia.
With a significant share of the company’s advertising budget under your guidance, this is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful trade marketing initiatives and bring fresh energy to a dynamic team.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of junior and senior marketers, fostering growth and accountability.
- Drive execution of selection-focused trade marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
- Ensure timely, effective implementation aligned with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Adapt strategies to local market needs while maintaining consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Categories, BUs, Digital, Media & Creative agencies).
- Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently.
- Support senior management in shaping marketing and campaign strategies.
- Stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

This is the right job for you if:
- You have 5+ years of team leadership experience in marketing or eCommerce
- You have experience in working with: media agencies (planning, buying) and creative agencies (production)
- You’ve led a team of at least 5 and know how to develop and inspire people
- You’re data-driven, strategic, and confident making decisions independently
- You’re Polish-speaking (required), fluent in English, and Czech/Slovak is a plus
- You bring fresh ideas and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- You’re comfortable owning a large budget and delivering results at scale
- You’re excited to be someone’s right hand and help define future structures
