What You’ll Do
Lead compensation programs, salary structures, job evaluation, and annual cycles.
Oversee benefits and pension plans, vendor relationships, and employee education.
Enhance recognition and wellness programs that support culture and wellbeing.
Provide data‑driven insights to support decisions on competitiveness, pay equity, and program effectiveness.
Lead and develop a small, high‑performing Total Rewards team.

Experience in Total Rewards with strength in compensation design and market analysis.
Knowledge of benefits, pension, and wellness programs.
Experience in complex or multi‑site environments; union exposure is an asset.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to lead people or programs with a collaborative, inclusive style.
Designations (CPHR, CEBS, CCP) are an asset, not a requirement.
