The Manager Total Rewards Northern Cone is responsible for administering and maintaining systems that support Total Rewards programs, including Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, and Rewards & Recognition. Work Location & Modality : Although this is a hybrid role, candidates must be willing to travel within the following places: Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City), San Luis Potosi, and El Salto – Jalisco. 3 to 4 days in the office.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct compensation and benefits studies, market benchmarking, and trend analyses to support the development of competitive Total Rewards strategies that attract, retain, and engage talent.

  • Design, implement, and maintain compensation policies, job evaluation frameworks, career structures, and total remuneration programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Recommend and manage variable pay programs, including annual incentive, sales incentive, merit, and recognition plans, to align employee performance with organizational objectives.

  • Perform compensation analyses and provide recommendations for promotions, salary adjustments, market alignments, and external hiring decisions.

  • Oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits programs and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring system effectiveness, compliance, vendor performance, and adherence to SLAs.

  • Develop, monitor, and communicate Total Rewards metrics, forecasts, accruals, and cost analyses to support decision-making and effective budget management.

  • Contribute to global and regional initiatives, lead change management and user adoption efforts, and deliver training and support to HR teams and business users on Total Rewards processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, including HR systems implementation, compensation programs, and project management.

  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with expertise in reporting, statistical analysis, salary benchmarking, cost calculations, and HR data management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and compensation practices.

  • Proactive and adaptable professional with strong planning, decision-making, networking, and stakeholder management skills, capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Advanced English proficiency (Oral & Written).
