Manager of Threat and Intelligence

Corporate Security is responsible for the safety and security of employees and contractors. The team's mission is to mitigate security risk and enable NiSource to operate anywhere, at any time necessary to achieve our business goals.

The Threat and Intelligence Manager plans and directs the company's physical threat analysis program. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing external threats to critical energy infrastructure, company employees, and facilities.
 

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the overall physical security intelligence program

• Lead collection, research, and analysis efforts

• Oversee intelligence production and dissemination to ensure customers are receiving timely and appropriate reporting

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the collection of threat information and ensure relationships remain current

• Conduct briefings for customers in mid-level and senior leadership levels

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

• 8+ years of experience in threat and intelligence analysis in the private sector, law enforcement, or government

• 5+ years of experience producing intelligence products for senior leadership

• 2+ years of experience implementing an intelligence program

• Currently holds or ability to obtain a U.S. government secret level clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Utilities experience

• Top secret/SCI

Salary Range:

$110,200.00 - $165,300.00
