Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Security and Controls Manager to oversee the security and compliance aspects of our SuccessFactors implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SuccessFactors security principles, policies, and best practices, with a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain robust security controls.

  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for SuccessFactors in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage role-based access controls (RBAC) within SuccessFactors to ensure proper segregation of duties and least privilege principles.
  • Conduct regular controls testing and assessments of SuccessFactors security controls to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Provide guidance and support to IT and HR teams on security-related matters pertaining to SuccessFactors.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to SuccessFactors security and controls.


"The salary range for the role is $127250 - $162250 per year."
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) working with SuccessFactors security and controls in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Security concepts and practices.
  • Experience with implementing and managing RBAC within SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with global data privacy regulations and their implications for SuccessFactors (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
