Job Summary:
Keppel Data Centres is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager, Technical Solutions to lead our team in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative technical solutions for our data centre developments. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-facing communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of external technical partners and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Oversee end-to-end design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for data centre infrastructure.

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible technical designs.

  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, articulating solution benefits and addressing technical queries.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, design specifications, and implementation guides.

  • Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices & standards, and Keppel Data Centres' guidelines.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data centre infrastructure.

  • Participate in technical scoping and proposal development.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for technical solution implementations.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical solutions, systems architecture, or a similar role within the data centre or mission critical industry.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.

  • Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling etc.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to carry out high level review of design drawings & documentations.

  • Familiar with design and procurement processes.
