The Sr. Technical Project Manager ensures IT Support Services (ITSS) readiness for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) business integrations. This role establishes and executes a consistent, standardized integration framework with accountability for measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include leading cross functional coordination to develop support readiness plans; defining technical, training, and knowledge management requirements; and outlining specialty support transition strategies. The role provides oversight of large, complex initiatives executed through a phased, long term approach, requiring the ability to set direction, communicate status to key stakeholders, influence outcomes, and manage risk and conflict as needed. The scope spans internal ITSS Support Readiness initiatives and cross-functional efforts, requiring solid partnerships and collaboration across peer organizations.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans defining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Manage end to end project delivery to ensure milestones are met within committed timelines
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key business partners and acquired entities
  • Lead delivery execution to ensure customer needs are met and agreed upon outcomes are delivered
  • Prepare and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to internal partners and senior leadership through regular updates
  • Influence and align internal partners to drive required actions and decisions in support of project objectives
  • Effectively navigate the organization's ecosystem to coordinate dependencies and resolve issues
  • Evaluate solution options, assessing impacts, risks, and timelines to support informed decision making
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of relevant technologies, standard operating procedures, common issues, and solutions
  • Incorporate technology considerations into project design and execution activities
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional and matrixed technical or support environment
  • 3+ years of experience driving or participating in large project or program implementations
  • 3+ years of project coordination, tracking and reporting activities experience
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through and accountability for deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and cross initiative dependencies to support predictable delivery
  • Demonstrated solid relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams toward shared delivery and readiness objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight while contributing effectively as part of a decentralized team
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and produce clear, structured documentation that supports effective execution and decision making
  • Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate/Certification
  • Mergers and Acquisitions experience
  • Experience leveraging Agile methodologies
  • Experience in a service center organization
  • Experience leading organizational change management (OCM) efforts
