We’re seeking a Manager, Technical Advertiser Solutions to join our growing APAC team! As the leader of our regional Technical Advertiser Solutions organization, you will apply your deep expertise in digital advertising, including campaign optimization, programmatic ad buying, and auction marketplace dynamics, to help advertisers succeed and drive revenue growth across the region.

As a key member of the APAC leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to strengthen Snap’s advertising ecosystem and scale our operational excellence across diverse markets.

Based in our Singapore office, you’ll partner with Sales teams to drive advertiser performance and revenue growth, while shaping our support strategy to expand Snap’s footprint across APAC.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local Sales teams, providing case management and resolution, onboarding guidance, and proactive strategic planning across the ads ecosystem.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Ad Solutions consultants, defining and executing regional support strategies in partnership with Product teams at both the local and global level.

  • Tailor reactive and proactive support models to meet the unique needs of APAC markets, delivering a best-in-class advertiser experience that drives measurable performance outcomes.

  • Apply deep knowledge of Snap’s auction marketplace to conduct advanced performance analyses and deliver actionable insights to key advertisers.

  • Partner cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Product Quality, Vendor Operations, and Sales Operations to enhance scaled support processes through data-driven improvements.

  • Develop and implement new strategies to proactively resolve client issues, pilot innovative support programs, and scale successful initiatives across regions.

  • Identify and analyze trends in support requests and user testing, translating insights into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering roadmaps.

  • Manage relationships with global vendor networks, providing operational oversight and ensuring consistent execution across workflows.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Deep expertise in programmatic ad buying, auction marketplace dynamics, and advertiser performance optimization.

  • Advanced technical understanding of tracking pixels, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), and third-party measurement platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, including campaign optimization, technical troubleshooting, and measurement.

  • Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs) and strong proficiency in SQL.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of people leadership with 3+ years of direct management experience.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with China-based clients and partners.

  • Strong customer focus with a passion for supporting Snapchatters, businesses, and sales teams.

  • Demonstrated project management excellence with a strong ability to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive them through to completion.

  • Experience collaborating within global and vendor-managed teams.

  • Deep enthusiasm for Snapchat, and a builder’s mindset to help grow our APAC presence from the ground up.

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
