Summary
Responsible for global intercompany cash management including assistance with the implementation of a global cash repatriation process in line with the Company’s goals and objectives. The role will report to the VP, International Tax and is expected to support related aspects of transaction planning (i.e., M&A, internal restructurings, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Management of intercompany cash balances, documentation, and cash repatriation.
- Lead the implementation of intercompany cash management policies, tools, technologies, and structures.
- Ensure the Company’s U.K. in-house bank and financing entity is operating effectively and efficiently including close alignment and cross-functional coordination with the Legal, Accounting, Finance, Controllership and Treasury departments.
- Assist with further expansion of the Company’s existing U.K. in-house bank and financing entity as well as other future entities and Treasury structures.
- Technical and practical corporate treasury and cash management structures, operations, technology, and systems.
- Provide support for special projects and transactions as they arise.
- Collaborate with the broader Corporate Tax, Treasury, and Finance teams to drive data, technology, and process improvements.
Role Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel for modeling and analysis.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently.
- Willingness to learn how to extract data and financial information from TM1, FCCS, and Oracle, amongst other systems and tools.
- Familiarity with the utilization of multi-currency and multi-entity external revolver debt arrangements and notional principal arrangements as well as appropriate currency exposure management.
- General understanding and familiarity of accounting, legal entity reporting, and U.S. tax rules related to a U.S. based multinational corporation.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within public accounting or a multinational corporation.
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.
