Job Description1. Support in quotation phase, handshake and lifetime activities related to target definition for mechanical components.
2. Support to Advance Purchasing in component cost negotiations (ensuring achievement of defined targets since awarded business).

- Define target cost for mechanical components.
- Identify cost improvements for mechanical components, negotiation with Purchasing looking for increase competitiveness in terms of cost.
- Benchmark for share best practices between all UX plants.
- TCO approach analysis.
- Responsible to provide Cost Break Down for all critical components (depends each product group).
- Evaluation cost for ICO parts, ensuring competitiveness.
- Prepare components cost & tooling & fixture cost in BOM interface file.
- Collect actual data from market & suppliers, and update TC database.
- Support TC team to update Target Costing Tools (Display, Cover glass, Packaging...)
- Support MoB Calculation
- Target Costing workshops preparation.
- Additional cost evaluation (packing, warehouse, FTBB).
- Support customer and supplier negotiations.
