In this role, you’ll design strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent — helping Crescent grow stronger while building a culture of Doing It Right, Doing It Safe, and Doing It Well.
What You’ll DoAs our Manager of Talent Strategy, you will:
- Lead recruitment & selection – Manage Crescent’s full-cycle hiring process, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
- Drive people development – Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent, build succession pipelines, and strengthen internal promotions.
- Manage staffing partners – Build and hold strong partnerships with agencies, universities, and workforce boards to meet hiring needs, including hard-to-fill roles and site startups.
- Elevate Crescent’s brand – Showcase Crescent as an employer of choice through social media, branding initiatives, and community engagement.
- Use data to make decisions – Leverage KPIs, analytics, and assessment tools (SHL, Predictive Index, HBDI) to improve hiring quality and reduce turnover.
- Coach and influence leaders – Deliver training on STAR interviewing, unconscious bias, and quality hiring practices.
- Promote culture & well-being – Create a safe, inclusive environment where every employee has the tools and support to thrive.
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Experience:
- 5–8 years progressive experience in talent management, recruitment strategy, or organizational development.
- Proven success managing staffing partners and high-volume hiring.
- Strong background in HR tech (ATS, HRIS, analytics).
- Experience leading projects in succession planning, career pathing, or employer branding.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or certifications in Talent Strategy/Management.
