The Talent Management International team acts as a strategic advisor to segment, function, and market leaders across 18 countries, impacting over 500,000 associates globally. This team translates enterprise talent priorities into an integrated agenda spanning segments, functions, and markets within the International portfolio. Members collaborate dynamically to drive business impact through effective talent management strategies. The team emphasizes leadership, communication, and continuous improvement to support organizational capability and growth. By partnering with business and HR leaders, the team ensures alignment of talent initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of development and operational excellence.

What you'll do...
  • Gather, organize, and maintain talent data from different sources to produce recurring reports and dashboards.
  • Identify repetitive manual work, organize data and process requirements, to build efficient ways of working so the team can automate, standardize, and scale talent operations over time.
  • Ensure that data, communications, and operating materials are accurate, organized, and timely so leaders and partners can make better-informed talent decisions and teams can execute with consistency across markets.
  • Communicate project status and feedback regularly to stakeholders, adjusting plans as needed to support continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support talent initiatives and drive accountability for results.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
