Job Description Summary:
The Talent & Development Experience Manager will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of multiple core talent and development programs and services across the globe which include, but are not limited to: career development, performance management, leadership, assessments, succession planning, and more.
Success in this role requires tight collaboration with the global HR business partner community, business leadership, and Center of Excellence colleagues across disciplines.
What You’ll Do for Us

Experience Curator. You’ll use your organizational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams towards developing and delivering amazing experiences to our employees.

Change and Communications Partner. As a specialist in commercialization, you’ll work with stakeholders to understand business, financial, technology and systems requirements to develop and drive change and communication plans.

Process Developer. Great experiences are delivered through thoughtful processes. You’ll identify and fill process gaps, bring new processes to life and drive overall operational excellence through careful analysis and process improvement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements

2-5 years of related work experience within HR, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related areas

Previous success in influencing without direct authority to effectively manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and clients.

Experienced project manager, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized and strong time management skills.

Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and/or automation to process large volumes of data.

Experience in business process leadership driving process improvement.

Excellent communications skills with the ability to develop and build relationships across all levels of the organization and across all businesses, globally.

Interest in working on a small, agile team in a networked environment.

Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction.

Pay Range:
$104,000 - $122,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
