We are looking for a data guru who will build, maintain, and organize the systems that collect, store, and make talent data accessible for analysis. Your ability to transform large datasets into usable information for the Talent Data Analytics & Insights team to interpret will be instrumental for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development and Learning.
The Role
As part of the Talent Data Analytics & Insights team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven talent organization. By ensuring our data is reliable, accurate and relevant, you will support various workforce initiatives in the most efficient and scalable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Build data infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain data management systems pipelines.
- Data Wrangling: Build, evaluate, maintain, and improve Alteryx workflows to produce high-quality data analysis and reporting to support various business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work with data analysts to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Create models: Create models to identify talent trends and automate processes and tasks.
- Optimize data architecture: Continuously optimize data architecture to and provide support the company's evolving talent data needs.
The Skills You Bring
- Business Intelligence Tools: Fluency with Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI and a penchant for report and dashboard design.
- Coding: Expertise with SQL, Python, and R (C++, Java, and HTML is considered a strong plus.)
- Databases: Experience with Snowflake, Azure and SQL Server.
- Enterprise Resource Planning: Exposure to Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Project Management: Proven track record with running multiple priorities at the same time, are flexible when needed, and possess superb attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communicator that uses your interpersonal, analytical, and story-telling skills to influence and convey sophisticated ideas.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or Finance and at least 3 years of work experience in an analytical role.
