Job Description
We are looking for a technical-savvy business leader. Someone who can marry the art and the science of telling a story through data. A story that wows and inspires our teams and clients while it informs their decisions. This isn’t just numbers in a spreadsheet, it is the immaculate crafting of visuals to provide instantly understandable insights. As the Manager – Talent Analytics, Major Domo, you will be responsible for pinpointing what insights are needed and arrange data accordingly, translating executive objectives into measurable KPIs, helping stakeholders visualize information in clear, meaningful ways, auditing data for accuracy; overseeing permissioning and security, and developing a training program for new Domo users and serve as a point of contact for advanced requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recognize business problems and develop solutions
- Understand the company’s strategic vision and design the structure so the analysts can execute it through visual storytelling
- Provide strategic thought leadership driving best practices with a compliance-oriented mindset around the development of Domo processes including training and documentation.
- Operate as a key resource to support and facilitate adoption of our data visualization
- Interface with cross-functional teams including engineering, technology, client services, senior management, marketing, sales, solution design, security and audit
- Manage teams and cross functional teams to deliver high quality products
- Lead the ISO Audit process for Client Reporting
- Experience working with or managing large data sets with Access to skills or proficiency with SQL and other needed data preparation
- Participate in the establishment and support of project governance, escalation processes, stakeholder feedback loops, decision tracking, and status reporting

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Experience:
- 4+ years of results-oriented experience in talent analytics or with business intelligence tools
- 4+ years hands-on experience with data visualization and different visual analytics platforms and dashboards, ideally Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, or GoogleLooker
- 2+ years managing a team or cross functional teams
- Experience with one or more of the following systems is desired: Snowflake, AWS, Avature, iCIMS, Taleo, Jobvite, CornerstoneOnDemand, SmartRecruiters, Workday Recruiting, Phenom People, Greenhouse, Lever, SuccessFactors Recruiting, Beamery, and SmashFly.
- Subject matter expertise in a variety of workstreams (change management, risk assessment, compliance, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, end user training, communications, resistance management, launch planning, and configuration).
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and other related software.
- Experience working cross functionally with data engineering teams, developers, reporting analysts, client services, technology, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exposure:
- Creativity in applying visualizations to maximize understanding and insight
- Experience communicating data visually to non-technical senior-level audiences
- Experience developing, managing or working with an enterprise level data warehouse
This is a remote role for candidates in the US only.
