About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to elevate and optimize our recruitment processes while partnering with hiring managers to craft and execute strategic hiring initiatives. In this role, you will employ innovative techniques to attract exceptional talent while building strong, dynamic pipelines. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint. As a key partner, you’ll continually refine recruitment strategies, stay up-to-speed on industry trends, and oversee the full lifecycle of hiring, from initial outreach to offer acceptance, for a variety of different functions and levels.

  • Optimize and Enhance Recruitment Processes: Identify process improvements and build and execute solutions for a more streamlined, scalable recruitment approach.
  • Lead Strategic Recruitment Efforts: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute recruiting strategies tailored to their team’s needs and long-term goals.
  • Implement Creative Sourcing Techniques: Use innovative techniques to find and attract the best talent across multiple channels to drive our business and expand Campus.
  • Develop and Maintain Pipelines: Build robust pipelines for critical roles and ensure a first-class candidate experience.
  • Shape Innovative Strategies: Continuously work to improve existing recruiting programs while developing forward-thinking approaches to discover the talent of tomorrow.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and recruitment efforts.
  • Showcase Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of target companies and relationships within open-source and other relevant networks to stay ahead of talent trends and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and effective process for all parties involved.
  • Deliver Results: Build pipelines from scratch when necessary, continuously working to find the perfect candidate—no matter how long it takes.

  • Required: 
    • BS/BA degree
    • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition/full-cycle recruiting experience
    • Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company

What you’ll get: 

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($90,000-$130,000) + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
