As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment initiatives across early careers and experienced hire populations, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, engage and secure top talent.

Navigating Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across early careers and experienced hire hiring, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
- Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to build diverse talent pipelines across EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
- Promote consistency and excellence across recruitment processes, sharing market intelligence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct candidate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the assessment and selection process.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate assessment centres, recruitment events and interview schedules.
- Leverage recruitment data, market insights and hiring metrics to drive informed decision-making and workforce planning discussions.
- Ensure accurate management of candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system and maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels.
- Experience recruiting both early career talent and experienced professionals within a corporate, professional services or agency environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Comfortable working across countries, cultures and business functions within a global environment.
- Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; experience within professional or financial services is preferred.
- Experience using an ATS, ideally Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
