Manager, Systems Integrations & Connectivity (IGT1)

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership & Configuration Oversight

• Establish a streamlined workflow to ensure tasks are being received and assigned to team members based on skills and capacity 
• Utilize Kyriba project management tools to ensure status updates and client communications are seamless 
• Lead a team of 8 technical consultants entrusted with configuring integrations between diverse systems (ERPs, Treasury Management Systems, Accounting, Payroll, Banks / Payments, SSO, Advanced Security and Encryption) 
• Play a hands-on role and oversee actions entrusted with junior team members under your remit and ensure efficient team utilisation. Participate to project and customer facing activities and deliverables, within the expectations defined with senior management for each calendar period
• Manage the team’s collaboration with Kyriba Professional Services colleagues globally and subject matter experts from other Kyriba departments

Process Acceleration & Automation

• Drive the adoption of internal tools, processes, and AI assistants (AI Models, DUST, etc.) across the team to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Champion the creation and adaptation of automation templates for recurring connectivity and technical configurations (SWIFT, Bank and ERP APIs, XML, JSON, Kyriba Open APIs, sFTP / FTPs / Host to Host, XML, EBICS, …) 
• Identify and implement systemic process improvements to enhance team-wide configuration and validation tasks.
• Ensure all team deliverables undergo quality checks and validation before being shared with customers and fellow team members.

Testing, Validation & Customer Engagement

• Oversee testing, acting as an escalation point for defect resolution
• Run technical checks and ensure overall consistency, security and reliability of integration architectures
• Apply and enforce Kyriba data security and confidentiality best practices in a highly demanding environment entrusted with sensitive financial data. Ensure the respect of security and confidentiality policies by all team members under remit.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure your delivery team is aligned on what needs to be delivered.  
• Ensure the delivery of clear configuration documentation and professional handovers by all team members.

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

Experience

• 5 – 7 years in technical and systems integration tasks, ERP integration, banking/payments systems communications, Networking, REST APIs, middlewares, AI integration tools, etc.
• Experience working in SaaS environments interacting with a wide variety of customers and technical third parties.
• Proven record of driving team performance and accelerating delivery through automation or process improvements or redesign..
• Awareness of ERP data models (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday) and their communications protocols and APIs

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with bank connectivity (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, SFTP, EBICS) and payment formats (ISO 20022 XML, BAI2, SEPA, NACHA).
• Understanding of IT systems integration concepts, messaging concepts, acknowledgments, safe and reliable communications concepts and best practices suitable for banking and finance environments.

• Clear communication and documentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
