This role can be performed anywhere in the United States.
Position Purpose: Responsible for managing member and provider solution applications by providing requirements for design, development and utilization by end users. Oversee all system initiatives including service related programs and ongoing service activities. Evaluate enhancement opportunities and scope expansion.
- Manage enterprise-wide CRM application including system development, definition of user requirement, system testing, and deployment
- Prioritize system enhancements and partner with Information Systems to implement solutions
- Manage and evaluate customer relationship opportunities to enhance overall service experience including inbound/outbound processes, telecom services, and material distribution
- Manage the development of Health Plan specific deviations and customer user stories. Design application modifications and recommend solutions to accommodate State specific requirements
- Report and analyze CRM trends including but not limited to system usability, auditing, performance reporting, and associated metrics
- Oversee knowledge management application and controls including reference materials, inbound/outbound communication materials, manuals, and guides
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of business process operations or analysis or systems experience, preferably in a managed care setting. Experience in leading projects and implementation. Lean Certification preferred.
Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year
