What You Will Do –
An experienced supply chain professional who can influence cross-functional teams and drive results. - Develop master resource plans based on demand forecasts to ensure supply, production, and material availability across a 24-month planning horizon.
- Create capacity plans, identify supply risks and constraints, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Build and manage supply plans across complex product portfolios and multiple sites.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning capabilities and optimize supply chain processes.
- Establish inventory strategies, including safety stock levels, to balance product availability and working capital.
- Evaluate supply plans from a financial perspective to support operational and budget targets.
- Monitor execution of supply plans with production scheduling and purchasing teams, addressing risks, backorders, and supply disruptions.
- Support product launches and product phase-outs while communicating portfolio status to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to align supply capabilities with business requirements through daily, weekly, and monthly planning processes.
- Maintain planning system master data to ensure accurate and effective planning.
- Track key metrics including supply plan attainment, safety stock health, capacity utilization, backorders, and lead times.
- Analyze performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead supply planning improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
- Coach, train, and develop planners to build organizational capability.
Required –
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, IBP and/or supply planning,
- 3+ years leading a team in either manufacturing, IBP and/or supply planning,
- Bachelors Degree
- Extensive understanding of IBP / S&OP processes and best practices
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Preferred –
- Knowledge of ERP master data management and exception-based planning
- Project management experience, including problem-solving and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- APICS or other supply chain certification
$118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual
