Job Summary:
The Manager, SIP Supply Planning, supports the execution of end-to-end supply planning and order fulfillment activities across Asia Operations. This role acts as a first-line people manager and operational leader, translating demand signals into executable supply, production, and material plans while ensuring delivery commitments, inventory objectives, and customer requirements are met.
Working under the guidance of the Director, Supply Planning, this position partners closely with Demand Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Inside Sales, and external manufacturing partners (probe, assembly, and test) to drive reliable execution, resolve supply constraints, and improve planning processes and performance.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Revenue Goal- Plan and execute supply strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedule.
- Oversee and monitor compliance with Planning KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) shipment, Supplier OTD to First Committed Date (FCD), cycle time, and B2B transaction statistics.
- Manage revenue performance and EOQ management.
- Train, motivate, and lead team members to optimize workplace productivity and promote professional growth.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and career development initiatives within the team.
- Manage the Supply Planning team with a strong, end-to-end command of order fulfillment process management.
- Partners with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams, including BU Demand Planning, Engineering, Quality, Inside Sales, and BU Marketing, to develop and roll out business process solutions that improve Supply Planning efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Alternate/Engineering Release (AER), and Dual Sourcing projects, ensuring supply disruptions are proactively identified and mitigated. Collaborate with MDM and APO teams to identify and implement system automation opportunities that improve the planning process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
Desired Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of working experience in semiconductor supply/demand planning.
- Working knowledge of SAP and B2B transaction systems is an advantage.
