At Bright Machines®, we’re innovators and experts in our craft who have joined together to create a new category of manufacturing that will help transform the industry. We believe software and data are the answer, thoughtfully applied to solve our customers’ unique challenges. We deliver products to meet the demands of today while building a platform to take advantage of what comes next.

Working with us means you’ll have the opportunity to make lasting, impactful changes for our company and our customers. If you’re ready to apply your exceptional skills to create the factory of the future, we’d love to speak with you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on a mission to transform how electronics are made—bringing intelligence, scalability, and flexibility to the factory floor. We combine the best of automation, machine learning, and software to modernize manufacturing from the ground up.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems within a growing manufacturing environment.

This role will serve as a critical link between functional supply chain teams and technology stakeholders, leading the design and deployment of scalable, integrated solutions that drive efficiency, agility, and data-informed decision-making across operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in supply chain functions—including planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management—along with proven experience in designing process frameworks, selecting best-fit tools, and leading successful ERP and WMS implementations. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a modern supply chain organization as part of a broader initiative to establish a next-generation model factory.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Map, analyze, and optimize supply chain processes across planning, procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
  • Apply lean principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance operational agility
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and simplification across systems and workflows
  • Lead the design and integration of scalable supply chain solutions across ERP, WMS, PLM, QMS, and analytics platforms
  • Own tools evaluation, selection, and implementation processes in collaboration with Product and business leaders
  • Drive requirements gathering, configuration, and UAT in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and product/R&D teams to define short- and long-term technology roadmaps
  • Own and drive strategic initiatives such as automated warehouse deployments, traceability, and supplier collaboration platforms
  • Work with data analytics teams to enable forecasting, demand planning, and supplier KPI visibility
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and sustained adoption of new systems and workflows
  • Lead training, communication, and support initiatives to drive operational readiness and continuous improvement
  • Serve as internal SME for supply chain system usage, enhancements, and process evolution

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing-focused supply chain operations with exposure to planning, procurement, warehouse, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS systems; experience with automated warehouse solutions is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions across tools and processes.
  • Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application in supply chain.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving business process improvement and systems integration.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders from the shop floor to the executive level
  • Proven project management experience with a strong track record of delivering systems and process improvements on time and within scope
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and business logic to drive informed decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, hands-on environments with evolving requirements and growing operational complexity
