Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Aerospace Structures Business Unit. This position will be onsite in Clearfield, Utah.

The position will lead the Global Supply Chain organization for the Aerospace Structures Business Unit within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. The role will be responsible, accountable and have authority for supply chain strategy, planning and execution across a diverse portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, F-35, B-2, A350 and commercial programs. The selected candidate will be a high performing, experienced leader who is goal oriented and well equipped to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support corporate, sector, and division objectives. They will leverage an understanding of supply chain processes / business systems and work closely with program stakeholders and across functions to deliver optimal results.
Execution:
- Key leadership interface for Senior Director Business Unit Leader
- Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material content for programs
- Provides leadership for the GSC organization in a matrixed environment, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with the business unit
- Leads process improvement initiatives and optimization efforts
- Will participate in leadership meetings, collaborating across functions for supply chain solutions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, business management, sustainment, proposals, procurement OR a Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, business management, sustainment, proposals, procurement OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, business management, sustainment, proposals, procurement
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
- Must have Aerospace & Defense experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain active U.S. Government Secret level clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field
- Experience briefing executive-level audiences
- Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
- Experience integrating supply chain financial data into larger program and business unit forecasting
- Extensive supplier management experience
- Solid understanding of business systems, including SAP & MES
- Active security clearance
Skills Required
