Manager - Supplier Risk Management & Sustainability 

Location: Australia or Singapore (remote/hybrid working options available) 

Are you passionate about sustainability and responsible sourcing within a global supply chain? ResMed is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager for Supplier Risk Management & Sustainability to drive our environmental and social ambitions across our supply chain. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sustainable sourcing policies, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of supplier risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives that promote sustainable and responsible supply chain practices, enhancing environmental and social outcomes. 
• Establish governance and reporting systems for compliance with local and global regulations concerning social and environmental aspects of the supply chain. 
• Monitor, track, and report on key sustainability metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement. 
• Develop and deliver training programs on ethical sourcing, risk management, and sustainability for internal teams and suppliers. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to sustainable supply chains, ensuring ResMed remains at the forefront of ethical sourcing. 
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain strategies and performance. 
• Ensure adherence to quality control policies and regulatory requirements throughout all processes. 

Let’s Talk About Qualifications & Experience:  

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, risk management, compliance, or sustainability, preferably within a global supply chain environment. 

• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements related to ethical sourcing, risk management, and sustainability. 

• Demonstrated project management skills with experience in navigating and influencing within complex environments. 

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize risks, delivering effective solutions. 

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with strong business acumen and communication skills. 

• Experience in change management, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes. 

• Ability to work with agility in a dynamic and changing environment. 

Preferred: 

• A procurement/supply chain qualification or equivalent experience.

• Global experience in ethical sourcing and supply chain risk management across multiple industries. 

• Proven ability to influence at a senior management level and deliver results on key sustainability initiatives.
