The Role:
The Supplier Management team oversees key service providers supporting fund operations – such as, Fund Administration, Accounting, Reporting, Audit, and Custody. The team manages contracts, invoicing, third-party risk, governance, reporting, and vendor relationships across an extensive range of stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for managing the supplier risk through delivering activities such as ongoing due diligence and control report reviews, as well as governance and reporting functions including preparing forum packs, collating inputs from business owners, and managing the dashboard and its underlying database.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities in Risk Management:
Conduct risk management activities across key third-party providers in Asset Management.
Create, maintain and track calendar of events for 3rd Party Oversight.
Trigger activities as per calendar of events such as SOC report reviews, due diligences and support assurance activities.
Preparation, Documentation and Review of exit plans (Orderly and Disorderly) to support continuity and risk mitigation.
Maintain and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance measures.
First point of contact for supplier related requests, manage the group mail box and ensure adequate support is provided to Sr. Analyst in resolving the group mail box queries.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities in Governance and Reporting:
Support supplier governance forums and represent Supplier Risk in key committees.
Collect, collate data from Business owners and prepare forum packs for governance committees.
Finalize the minutes of the meeting and circulate them to the relevant audience within one week of the governance meeting
Track and escalate issues, maintaining a calendar of oversight activities.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven governance.
Maintain and refresh the database at predefined frequency.
Oversee supplier documentation and escalate exceptions to SMEs or line manager.
Function as the central contact for supplier governance and reporting queries.

Strong understanding of asset management, complex fund structures, and third-party regulatory frameworks.
Experienced in managing stakeholder queries and building cross-functional relationships.
Effective in data analysis and collaboration with SMEs, risk teams, and suppliers.
Background in operational risk and supplier governance within financial services.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. (Finance would be advantageous)
Any Certification like CTPRP will be a plus
