Summary:
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reserve Operations and Analytics team supporting the Vizient Reserve Program and Hub. You will manage Hub analysts who support supplier operations, inventory monitoring, reporting, and follow-up to ensure effective execution and consistent service delivery. You will lead and develop team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership, and ensure supplier performance is effectively tracked, operational risks are identified early, and remediation actions are documented, assigned, and completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow for the Reserve Operations and Analytics team.
Manage team priorities, resources, and deliverables to support business objectives and supplier and client needs.
Analyze supplier and inventory data to identify trends, gaps, and risks that may affect program performance or product availability.
Develop action plans, track commitments, and coordinate follow-up with suppliers and internal teams to drive issue resolution and accountability.
Provide leadership updates on supplier operations, inventory status, performance trends, and open remediation items.
Establish consistent operational processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and team effectiveness.
Assess staffing needs and align team capacity and talent with workload requirements.
Hire, develop, coach, and manage team members, including performance management and reviews.
Establish performance expectations and monitor team results to support quality, efficiency, and service objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the continued growth and operational effectiveness of the Vizient Reserve Program and Hub.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in operations, supplier management, inventory management, or analytics preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into action.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, and dashboards preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
