Who you’ll be working with:If you have a strong background in Engineering, IT, or Business Strategy, and are analytical, process-driven, and solutions-focused, then the Product and Solutions Delivery (PSD) team may be the right fit for you! As a PSD Strategy Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve internal processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will also play a key role in regulatory audits and ensuring compliance, helping to shape the future of our processes and operations.
You will be responsible for the following:Leading the development and execution of strategic plans to support organizational growth and enhance internal processes.
Collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that align with broader business objectives.
Overseeing the implementation of strategies by key stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional integration.
Creating and presenting data-driven reports and strategic insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Supporting the organization in regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, and conducting internal audits of division processes.
Continuously improving processes and driving transformational initiatives to optimize performance and efficiency.
Providing governance on strategic projects, ensuring they are effectively tracked, monitored, and optimized.
More than 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, and project delivery, with exposure to FinTech, IT, technology, or operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience with ISO 9001 auditing or similar regulatory audits, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification (preferred), with demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Expertise in business and data analysis, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and drive results.
Experience in change management, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions.
