Contract Terms: Full-time permanent, 40 hours per week
THE TEAM
The Strategy team helps Ticketmaster define and achieve its ambitions. We work directly with the President and COO to identify company-wide priorities and collaborate across stakeholders to make them a reality.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial thought leader to join the team. This person is self-motivated, confident working with senior leaders, and comfortable working in a matrixed organization. They gain the trust of the senior leaders as a proactive and influential team member who thinks critically, partners effectively, and delivers results. They deal with ambiguity by leveraging their intellectual curiosity to ask the right questions and derive the ‘best’ solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Inform and support Ticketmaster’s comprehensive strategy.

Translate trends into actionable insights and identify areas of opportunity for value creation to drive revenue, profitability, and strategic positioning.

Conduct market assessments and build business models to validate growth opportunities.

Inform strategic decisions & ensure we commit resources against the most attractive opportunities.

Partner with senior leaders to guide business & product planning informed by our strategy and priorities.

Support the highest priority programs to define objectives, assess trade-offs, and measure results.

Monitor OKRs to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively to ensure alignment and support across the organization.

Manage multiple initiatives and prioritize your work based on business needs and urgency.

Be proactive in identifying opportunities to address organizational pain points and make broad impact.

Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leaders.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of work experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm

Based in Los Angeles and willing to be in-office 3 days a week

The expected compensation for this position in California is: $107 328 USD - $134,160 USD Annually
