In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Southeast Asia (SEA) Leadership Team and their respective functions to develop long-range strategic plans for Mondelēz International in SEA under the guidance of the SEA Strategy Director. This role is expected to regularly interact with Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Finance and Country Sales teams to identify internal and external opportunities that will drive growth in line with our strategic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of SEA's long-term Vision and Strategic Plan
- Bring an 'outside in' perspective in analyzing macro trends, consumer behavior, competitor dynamics and market data to identify organic growth opportunities, as well as organizational capability gaps
- Lead high-priority cross-functional SEA projects, providing strategic and analytical thought leadership to develop actionable recommendations
- Support inorganic growth by identifying and assessing high potential M&A targets
- Define and track relevant KPIs to deliver our Strategic Plan and key initiatives
- Drive governance of SEA's Strategic Plan by managing the SEA Leadership Team's engagement platforms and agenda
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Top tier strategy consulting experience with FMCG exposure strongly preferred, 5-10 years of total work experience is ideal
- Intellectual curiosity, a structured thought process, and strong analytical capability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop storylines for presentations and the executive presence to present to senior leadership
- Proficiency in business planning and financial modelling, with a deep understanding of business levers and financial reports
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills are critical
- An ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach in interacting with diverse, cross-functional team
