ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Strat Manager, the position is expected to partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and other Teams, within the Marketing Group in the development and implementation of the group strategy.
- Leads the business planning sessions from customer insighting to execution planning.
- Integrates strategies across departments and works with the heads to develop the overall Marketing Group plans and budget.
- Aligns departmental goals, processes and resources with the group strategy.
- Ensures alignment of the Customer Group strategy with the overall MYNT strategy and other groups.
- Responsible for overall governance and management of budget, processes and selected strategic projects.
QUALFICATIONS
- Years of Work Experience – 5-8 years of work experience in Marketing
- Work Background / Experience
- 4 years of managerial experience
- Fintech or similar industries
- Level of Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge on customer lifecycle management
- In-depth knowledge on marketing innovation
