Job DescriptionTranslate strategic intent into actionable capabilities by enabling alignment, execution, and integration of strategic priorities. To ensure that strategy is understood and embedded in operational rhythms, decision-making and track strategic KPIs.
Key Functions of the role include :
- Develop/reference frameworks to facilitate strategic priority setting and translate strategy into business priorities. Support the initial scoping and documentation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Guide the business leader on aligning initiatives to strategic goals.
- Identify competitive enablers to recommend strategic interventions, and assess internal capabilities and market dynamics to inform strategic positioning.
- Contribute to the development of flexible operating models and client value propositions ensuring that the organisation remains agile, client-centric, and future-ready.
- Incorporate best practices into strategy execution and advise on innovations that enhance strategic delivery and organisational agility.

- First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Economics or Research
- 8-10 years demonstrated experience in managing a broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics
- 8-10 years experience influencing and inspiring teams or business leads in driving transformational change through the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context operating across multiple jurisdictions
- 6 - 8 years experience in applying data analysis and research to key projects
- Demonstrated ability to apply operation oversight and support the Chief Executive in enabling key initiatives across geographies
- Experience in driving projects within emerging markets would be preferred
