About This Role: As a Sourcing Manager for Strategic Sourcing within the Marketing & Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving global sourcing strategies to support international and regional marketing and sales initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in managing multiple subcategories of spend while collaborating with cross-functional teams, business partners, and global category managers. You will execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with business priorities such as savings, compliance, social responsibility, and diversity. Building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders will be key, positioning you as a trusted business partner. Your role will ensure that sourcing and supplier decisions deliver value, manage risk, and adhere to category strategies and governance standards, owning the end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier outcomes for assigned categories or regions.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee complex sourcing requests from start to finish, assessing business requirements, risk, and commercial context.
- Determine appropriate sourcing approaches in line with category strategy and policy requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing for higher-complexity initiatives, including negotiations, supplier selection, and commercial alignment.
- Design and execute e-RFx strategies for complex initiatives, utilizing advanced evaluation techniques.
- Perform total cost of ownership (TCO) analytics and cost modeling, leveraging spend analytics and external benchmarking.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage non-strategic contracts end-to-end in collaboration with Legal.
- Ensure contract data supports sourcing and supplier decisions effectively.
- Own supplier evaluation, remediation, and performance discussions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align sourcing solutions with business priorities and objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support new system rollouts across sourcing and contracting activities.
