What you’ll be doing
- Work cross-functionally with the internal sales team and external partners to source, support, and close net-new merchant deals. Expand ARR from existing accounts through partner collaboration.
- Focus on managing high-value agencies and tech partners capable of influencing revenue. Build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align goals and track performance.
- Co-develop GTM strategies with ecosystem partners to ensure long-term, win-win success for Firework and its ecosystem. Maintain a strategic mindset beyond transactional lead-gen efforts.
- Work closely with the internal CS team to enable and empower agency partners, ensuring customer retention and driving ARR expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with partner marketing to execute joint events, WeChat posts, webinars, and media partnerships that elevate awareness in the market and support upper-funnel engagement to cultivate the target audience.
- Track partner performance using data-driven KPIs. Evaluate ROI of all partner and marketing initiatives. Ensure each investment drives measurable revenue growth and meets ROI benchmarks.
We’ll be excited if you have
- 4–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, preferably in SaaS, digital commerce, or martech.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partner ecosystems
- Experience working with agencies, Shopify/Klaviyo/Google, or similar platform partnerships
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Business-level Mandarin and English required
- ROI-driven mindset with a strong understanding of partner metrics and financial impact
- Familiarity with the Greater China ecommerce ecosystem and cross-border trends is a strong plus

- Deal expansion and renewals through agency enablement
- GTM success metrics (campaign performance, event engagement, funnel conversion)
- Partner satisfaction and retention
- ROI on total investments (Revenue / Total Cost)
