Job Description

The Manager of Strategic Partnerships plays a key role within the organization, working closely with the Senior Director / Director of Strategic Partnerships to optimize revenue contribution through strategic distribution partnerships. The Manager oversees key accounts, ensuring strong relationship management, seamless communication, and commercial alignment.

As a member of the Regional Commercial Committee, the Manager contributes to regional commercial strategy and performance reviews. Acting as Head of Distribution for Regional Performance across all channels (OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com, and other defined channels), the role drives cross-distribution performance, ensuring channel alignment, rate integrity, optimized inventory allocation, and revenue maximization.

 

In close collaboration with Distribution and Revenue Management teams, the Manager develops and executes strategies to maximize net revenue globally and regionally. The role fosters strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Distribution to ensure integrated commercial execution.

The Manager monitors and analyzes distribution performance, evaluates channel profitability and contribution, and implements strategic adjustments to enhance partnership effectiveness and overall revenue generation. Regular reporting and strategic recommendations are provided to regional leadership to support informed decision-making and sustained growth.

Roles/Responsibilities

Partnership Management and Support: Lead efforts to maintain and strengthen existing partnerships by organizing and facilitating meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication, alignment on objectives, and accurate distribution of rooms and rates, while overseeing production reporting and performance tracking.

 

Identifying and Exploiting Revenue Opportunities: Research and present new partner prospects aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Analyze partner performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities, collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to execute pricing and channel strategies that maintain rate integrity and maximize revenue across RHG’s portfolio.

Account Management, Operational Support, and Project Deployment: Provide leadership in commercial account management for designated accounts, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels. Develop detailed account profiles and strategic plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and overseeing project deployment related to partnership initiatives to drive effective execution and sustainable growth.

Regional Commercial Contribution and Distribution Performance Leadership: Serve as an active member of the Regional Commercial Committee, contributing to commercial strategy development and regional performance reviews. Lead and monitor regional distribution performance across all channels (OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com, and other defined channels), driving cross-distribution optimization to ensure channel alignment, inventory efficiency, rate integrity, and maximized revenue contribution. Provide strategic insights and performance recommendations to regional leadership to support informed commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum education:  Bachelor's or Master degree from accredited university - E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related major preferred

Minimum experience:  At least three years’ business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales, revenue management, account management and e-commerce.

Experience gained in an OTA, Wholesaler or Hospitality group and previous revenue ownership an advantage.

Language skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills are welcome.

  • At least three years' business experience in an international environment focused on sales, revenue management, account management and e-commerce
  • Experience in an OTA, Wholesaler or Hospitality group
  • Previous revenue ownership experience
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Additional language skills
  • Understanding of hospitality distribution channels, revenue management principles, and partnership dynamics
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and derive actionable insights
